Almost there

This app needs to be deployed on Cloudflare Pages with three environment variables so it can securely save your data to GitHub.

Go to cloudflare.com → Pages → Create project and connect this repo
Build command: (leave empty) · Output directory: /
After deploy, go to Settings → Environment variables and add:
GITHUB_TOKEN (mark as Encrypted)
GITHUB_OWNER · GITHUB_REPO
Trigger a redeploy — then open your .pages.dev URL

Cloudflare Pages is running, but the three environment variables haven't been configured yet. Add them in your Cloudflare dashboard, then redeploy.

Go to Cloudflare → Pages → your project → Settings → Environment variables
Add these three variables:
GITHUB_TOKEN — fine-grained PAT (mark as Encrypted)
GITHUB_OWNER — your GitHub username
GITHUB_REPO — the repo name (e.g. home-tasks)
Click Save, then go to Deployments → Retry deployment
